What do you want in Rayman 4?

That's the consensus view, but don't expect anything positive to come out of the Rayman/Rabbids franchise any time soon.

R1 in 1995, R2 in 1999, BG&E in 2003 and King Kong in 2005. BG&E2 has been shelved as of GDC 09 and may never be released.
 
It could have been worse... what if the Rabbids recieved better reviews, causing them to completely abandon Rayman?
 
I think the Rabbid games aren't sooo good. I have Rayman Raving Rabbids 2 (DS) and Rayman Raving Rabbids TV Party (DS). These game has the same assembling. So they are boring for me... :sad:
 
Ok, because of the 4TH rabbid game is in the making, i'm gonna say this....

I'd rather wait like 10 years for an AWESOME RAYMAN 4 than wait a couple of months for an AWFUL RABBID GAME.

And yes... it's worth the bump.

Resurrecting an ancient thread for the sole purpose of posting an off-topic and irrelevant declaration of an opinion that is so blatantly and obviously correct that to do so much as state it is an act of redundancy?

This topic is about the fact that it can take alot of years untill we finally get R4.... if that happens.
 
Well, I said "a look into Rayman's creation and past", but that's what Rayman Origins is for.

I'm still sticking by the idea of returning characters, both good and bad.

Mr. Dark's return... that could prove to be a very good plot element (I've already mentioned that, haven't I... DOH!)

Rayman should be able to use all of his powers this time, as in both fists and energy balls (think how they did it in RRR DS, but with charging and no limits).

So... yeah. I'm leaning towards a Rayman 4 that was similar to the fan game I had originally wanted to make, but as I am not really into GameMaker anymore my fan game ain't gonna happen. I was working on an artwork for it, though, so I'll finish that!

Rayman 4: The Darkness Returns! I definately would go out of my way to buy that!
 
Rayman 4 should have the old dos graphics, (or the same graphics as the DOS graphics, but in higher resolution) and it should have only limbless creatures again.
The limbless creatures were really cool, and i hate to see that they put limbs on everybody except for Rayman himself. Bring limbless creatures back, and trash the "limb"-ers!
 
Well I would like an original rayman 1 remake in 3D, but it sorta seems like rayfan is already doing that with rayman 1.5
So maybe it could be a sequel to rayman 3? Well remember that trailer on raymanzone a long time ago where it showed rayman kicking those rabids ass. Which was going to be the awesome version of raving rabbids. I'm pretty sure everyone here knows about that. So If anything, that. I would LOVE to see rayman get back at those stupid ass rabbids. AMUN!
 
Whell in Rayman 4 there should be the usual charachters globox,ly,murfy you know.AND the bunnies should have had there asses kicked by Rayman.
