This si awesome. Also I never knew you had a yotuuebParadoxJuice wrote:Hey, I've added a bunch of new observations to this video. All are in the description.
The most interesting things are the yellow lum following Globox, the yellow lum doing a rock on gesture, and the black orbs. I think that the yellow lum following Globox is just like how they follow Rayman now. It seems to flair up at the end. Who knows what this is? Perhaps it is some special move, or simply the lum being properly 'collected' and disappearing. Strange that it is behind the tentacles, though. The black orbs look like some kind of spider creature. We're probably going to see fights against them eventually. The rocking on yellow lum is probably a lum that you get by killing enemies, sort of like how you'd kill Robo Pirates for red lums in R2.

Wow. I don't think I noticed any of that at all. XDParadoxJuice wrote:Hey, I've added a bunch of new observations to this video. All are in the description.

I lol'd really hard at some of the less-serious comments. "BITCH", "OM NOM NOM", all of that... man, good stuff. Good stuff... XD

Re: Rayman Origins
I've observed that those pink orbs are, in fact, faces. I feel rather dumb for not noticing this before, all I had to do was watch it in higher quality (on another note, the quality on the analysis has increased recently. What in the world?). And yellow lums always do rock on gestures when you grab them. For some reason, the ants don't drop yellow lums or faces.
As for what the faces mean...who know? They're obviously something you collect. Probably a reward for dispatching enemies. Will you use them for anything? Will you buy stuff with them? No way to really know.
Also, I think that they sort of resemble Fourth Mask of Polokus. What do you guys think? Not the same colour, but a similar sort of smile, close together eyes, little...bumps on their heads. Their probably isn't a relation besides similar design (floating around the subconsciousness of Ancel).

"The lum growing bigger"... have you ever heard of perspective? :\ It's just getting close to the camera.

But if that was true, they'd all be behind each other so perfectly, it just wouldn't make sense. You should see the other lums behind the close lum.bunnieblaster wrote:"The lum growing bigger"... have you ever heard of perspective? :\ It's just getting close to the camera.
Re: Rayman Origins
I have never heard of that artwork that shows rayman as an eggplant.

Re: Rayman Origins
Aah, it`s THAT one.
I think I have already seen this. But I don`t think it is supposed to be a serious artwork of him.
I remember seeing a making of of rayman 2, and there were many pictures that were a parody of famous pictures by artists like Dali.
In that case it`s a parody of the famous pictures by Giuseppe Arcimboldo that showed to portraits of people made of all kinds of of vegetables.

Am I the only person who thinks eggplants = aubergines? I always called them that. It's the French name, I guess.
Anyhoo... They need to give us a titchy bit more to go by. A sketch of some kind, if they don't have the time to release much new info.

At least when I waited for SPORE they were regularly uploading more informations and new videos before its release.Jewish Candy wrote:Am I the only person who thinks eggplants = aubergines? I always called them that. It's the French name, I guess.![]()

Little pink faces? I immediately thought 'Electoons.' =P
What, did I accidentally reference it? Or did I miss a reference that he made?

"Eggplant" is an Americanism, I don't know anyone who uses the term.Jewish Candy wrote:Am I the only person who thinks eggplants = aubergines? I always called them that. It's the French name, I guess.

I stopped using Google a few months ago and my mind has just been blown by the changes they made to their image-searching interface.

In a positive or negative way?
By the way: why did you stop using google? Because of all their privacy issues?

Privacy issues. Not that it’s really a big deal (my search history is rather more innocent than the average internet user’s), but I still value my privacy and would like to prepare for even the small possibility that Google’s records are leaked.bunnieblaster wrote:In a positive or negative way?

Google’s new image-search interface is much better than the old one. I hated having to click each time I reached the bottom of a page.

Yeah I quite like the new images interface as well, it's kinda like Bing, but better.
