I think that's a beta map from Rayman M. It's one of those matrix-like final racing levels from the Bonus League.

Also there are Bumpers (trampolines) and those speedup panels on the ground.

It is very probable to be a beta version from Future track from the Bonus League of Rayman M. I like the design here, I wonder why it got very changed...

I thought the painting was called ‘The Birth of Venus’? I suppose they’re interchangeable anyway.

It is called The Birth of Venus. But since they're almost the same deity, that doesn't really matter.

Remember that old flyer that had the alternative Rayman 1 artwork on it? Well someone's selling one on eBay for 50 dollars. Now I wouldn't pay that much for a bit of paper but I did gank a photo of the back side of it, with only so readable text.
