"Confirmed"? How so? The guy didn't state his source. I doubt he knows more than all the other journalists who wrote about this, who only say "Xbox 360, Wii, and PlayStation 3".spiraldoor said:

No one said it will be bad, but the visual quality will obviously be significantly lower given the very limited capacities of the Wii compared to its competitors. And so goes for the 3DS, if it is to be released.Haruka said:Significantly? We'll see that, it cannot be that bad. Like if it was going to get a SNES graphism or something.
Not to mention that they would have to change the size of the view for that (because the screen is way too small to show as much as the HD versions do) and a lot of the action would be lost by doing so.Hunchman801 said:And so goes for the 3DS, if it is to be released.

Hunchman801 said:Yeah, that's what they did with Rayman Advance.
Ah, in that case, that's awesome!Haruka said:EDIT: Wait a second, I found a short article in Portuguese that says that it will go to the 3DS, a port done by Ubisoft Casablanca:

Since it's a drawn 2D game, the only obstacle I see here is the lack of HD, which I personally don't think is such a big deal. That said, if I get a PS3 before its release, I might get that version, if only so that I have some more games for that system.Hunchman801 said:No one said it will be bad, but the visual quality will obviously be significantly lower given the very limited capacities of the Wii compared to its competitors.Haruka said:Significantly? Maybe the UbiArt engine, which animates drawings, actually needs a lot of resources...El Dango said:Since it's a drawn 2D game, the only obstacle I see here is the lack of HD, which I personally don't think is such a big deal.

I think the 3D will make Rayman Origins panel/layer gameplay incredibly effective as you will be able to judge the distance.

I wonder whether they'll announce any other platforms on E3... I mean if it had more platforms why not post it with the other box-arts?
If you don’t like the current discussion, feel free to take a break from the thread. I hate it when people post just to tell others to shut up.NotaKuroi said:Guys, maybe we stop it?
The same reason they held off from announcing the Wii version?rayguy said:I wonder whether they'll announce any other platforms on E3... I mean if it had more platforms why not post it with the other box-arts?
