It was a try at humor taking RayTunes's intent for someone to fill in the blank with ''YES! YES!'' yet what would not fit yet would fit the description of the phrase was ''OF COURSE!'' another M. Bison quote which spawned popularity, mainly to the movie and Nostalgia Critic.
