I'm one of those types that's "been bullied but also been a bully", if that makes any sense; I picked on a boy for being really small and since I hit my teens karma pretty much my arse right off and now I have to rely on chairs to get things down in my kitchen.

- ...But I still have to clean my room.
- I got almost no work shifts for this holiday season, much less than I wanted to do. I wanted do work long hours because extra money woudn't hurt. Less work = less money. This is something I can't do anything about,though.
- I had a very difficult test today, and I really feel I'm going to fail it. :/
- My friend has some troubles right now.
- I had a fight with my mother last night, and I'm still very bothered by some things she said to me. This morning she acted like nothing had happend at all....

Let's say I'm Mr. Derp. My crush is Derpina, and HER crush is Mr. Herpinsky.

Mr. Derp likes Derpina very much. Derpina likes Mr. Herpinsky very much. However Mr. Herpinsky has a girlfriend, meaning Derpina can't be his girlfriend due to him having one already. Thus Mr. Derp is very happy.
 
It was easier to understand what you were saying before you started giving them names. Though you could have done without the redundant phrase ‘because he’s got a girlfriend’, which added nothing at all to your initial sentence, and was a fairly transparent attempt to make the situation sound more complicated than it really was. Why? Who knows.
