The ones I own are already in R2 design, not Rayman 1.

No idea about these, you'll have to share a picture :P

Also, did anyone know about the Disney Adventures Rayman 2 comic? I'm pretty sure everyone does considering this is the place of super Rayman fans ;) but I've only jst found it. I really did not know of it's existence

It really does read like if Rayman was a Saturday Morning Cartoon :P

It’s amazing in that it makes the animated series look good by comparison.

Somethings can be so cheesy that they're good, and this comic fits the build! Oh, and I also quite like the slightly wacky art style - particularly on Globox

I bet if I had a copy of this when I was little I would have just worshiped it, read it every night and be all 'RAYMAN IS A COMIC :D ' despite the fact that it is based on Rayman 2 and also contains cheesy videogame tie in syndrome. And then in the end all the pages would have fallen out :P

Also, while I'm here - Rayman: The Animated Series rules, and don't you forget it 8)

It was published in the UK in early 2001, possibly earlier in the US, so for somebody in the mid 20s [I'm nearly 25] that's a long time.

Eh looking at it now it just reeks of eyeballing, ie copying most of the Rayman 2 concept art.

Some games magazines claimed that in France there were more comics but since I have never seen any more than Hands Down emerge I call bullshit. Never know though, somebody did find that SNES prototype after all for example.

I still want to find out more about that SNES prototype.

Someday, maybe...

That comic is nice, but I can't help but notice that Rayman wears pink clothes and has a double-chin most of the time. :D

Whoa, that's a much better scan then the one I found!

The copy I found had a slight fold on the first page making it hard to read - and also the person who uploaded didn't know what Rayman was :tssk:

You are a poop face.

But yes, that was... very mediocre. I was expecting something a little more from "Disney Adventures."

In the fouth page, where Globox is saying "Time for a rain dance!", he has three fingers on one hand and four on the other.

Hah, I noticed that.

I found that panel rather lame. I didn't have much of a problem with the rest of the comic, but how he freed Globox was just stupid.
