< knows what moderating job consists of, but it's a job to give your greatest support to the community, hard or not. < Is a moderator at another site called Cerwin-Vega-Fans.com, currently. < finds it more difficult because of the other lazy moderators there that are Missing In Action for over half a year or don't do a thing. :roll:
