I saw him a while ago, when Rayman Origins was announced.
 
The last link is the version 1.1 of the portal, most likely the oldest one you'll find since the 1.0 is probably lost forever. As concerns the original template for the forum, it was just subSilver for phpBB2 with the iconic fist icons.

They do make a subSilver for PHPBB3 now. Possible to re-create the old theme?
 
The current them I use is based off the Subsilver theme that is available for PHPBB3... heck, PHPBB comes with subsilver and prosilver now days. :D
 
The abysmal different between the first looks and the nowadays look. The current style of the forum is much more chic now. :mryellow:
