I had a feeling you enjoy making other people guess.

However, I don't really feel up for guessing. If I must, then my guess is around 15 ~ 18. I mention 15 as the youngest as you could be just made your profile be missing a "1" in front of it. Otherwise I have a feeling you'd at least be a few or so years older than that point. :P

No, nobody knows his age. For all we know the Glade's years are counted differently. For all we know, they use a completely different measurement system of both time and space.

He'll end up an awkward chef baking pies for children, while they jump and tear at his clothes, asking their parents about why he's limbless. Then the single moms will scream for a second when they see him, but cover their mouths and hypocritically tell their children not to be impolite.

Then after a hard day's work, he comes home and plops on the couch only to see Raymansgirl, and she's yelling "GETUP, GETUP, GETUP, WE'RE ON OUR HONEYMOON NOW!!" Rayman then sighs and lets his hair flop down over his face in dismay. You didn't think the day was over already, did you Rayman?
