What keeps you calm?

Playing violent video games. Taking my frustration out on soulless polygons is a lot more legal than taking my frustration out on living people :fou:

Oh yes, that's another one that calms me down. I just start up GTA IV and all my troubles disappear.
 
I’m currently playing through Grand Theft Auto IV for the first time. Last night I tried to save Ivan, but I accidentally pressed the wrong button and killed him. The game autosaved immediately. :facepalm:
 
i hear some soundtracks of some games like jazz jackrabbit,little big adventure 1 and 2,unreal and some others
but if i want to really relax i hear this
i like to hear this cuz its relaxing and magical,but its even better in the game cuz of how beatiful is the forest,and what you people think about this ost?

Believe me, it was not an inconsequential decision.
 
What it keeps me calm?

- Gaming
- Talking with friends
- Listening to Reiki music or other kind of ballads

The Synthwave, listening to it without thinking about what is around me, I am going on a journey of total peace.
 
GTA Myth Hunting videos, Ragtimes piano music, Mario Kart Wii and Crazy4games' GTA videos and Madness Combat videos, Thinking and resting, Eating or drinking something to calm the nerves. Being Here in RPC with a lot of you.

Those are things that keep me calm, or at least help me to be slow to anger.
 
Pretty much what the others said, relaxing piano music, relaxing music in general, rock music and playing video games.
 
Sleep sounds great right about now :lol:
I still don't feel that much rested after long amount of hours of being awake
 
Rayman is another one but that's obvious since I'm on a Rayman Forum :P
