Gonna watch that one soon, I've heard good things about it. Not worried about following the plot either, people said the same thing about Inception, and that didn't give me any trouble.

I’d question the attention span of anyone who didn’t understand Inception. Once you get your head round the Matryoshka structure of the varying sequences, the underlying plot is pretty straightforward. But Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy is a legitimately confusing film with an extremely convoluted storyline; you’ll probably have to watch it multiple times before the pieces even begin to come together in your mind. As for myself, I don’t really have the patience.

I don't really see why it's so confusing either. Dream within a dream within a dream. It's like memorizing a phone number.

Myself, the first time I saw it, a few things confused me, like I didn't really understand how the concept of the Kick worked the first time I saw it, and I didn't know at first that the rest of the film (up to the end) is a flashback to the beginning, but on my second time, I got it. Even that final shot of the film, as I still think that the top wobbled. Maybe it's because I tend to look on the bright side of life.

So, TTSS. There were some deatails about it that I didn't really catch, but I was able to follow the overall plot fine (despite the constant flashbacks). Enjoyed it, although not as much as many others I think, mostly because of the ending, which could have been built more up.

I just watched A Fairly Odd Movie (the Fairly OddParents live-action film). It was actually a lot better than I expected, it managed to retain a lot of the show's original humour.

Curse you Germans. This thread isn't for YouTube videos, it's for films. You know, the kind you see in the cinema, or on DVD or Netflix.
