Sure, I'm doing this by memory:
- There are 10 Bonus levels playable in the GBA version of Rayman 3, when connected to its GameCube version via link cable. Each bonus level is unlocked from every 100 Lum to 100 Lum catched in single-player mode of the portable version. Like this:
- Bonus 1: 100 Lums
Bonus 2: 200 Lums
Bonus 3: 300 Lums
Bonus 4: 400 Lums
Bonus 5: 500 Lums
Bonus 6: 600 Lums
Bonus 7: 700 Lums
Bonus 8: 800 Lums
Bonus 9: 900 Lums
Bonus 10: 1000 Lums
You have at first Bonus 1 unlocked, but in order to play the next levels, you need to beat the unlocked ones you have.
- The GBA Bonus levels are notably much harder than any of the levels of the portable version of Rayman 3.
- No anthropomorphic living enemies appear. The only living beings that appear as enemies are Black Lums and Sea Urchins.
- Neither Ly nor Murfy appear in the bonus levels.
- The bonus levels are entitled as "Ly's Bonus Levels" .
- There are no cages in the bonus levels.
- There are no Lums in the bonus levels (except for Blue Lums in certain levels, and Red Lums in the last level).
- Although Rayman's lives show up as "x01", the number of lives are unlimited.
- The predominant obstacles of the bonus levels are Helicopter Bombs and Metal Helicopter Bombs.
- The last bonus level is quite interesting, Rayman drives the same flying vehicle of the Heart of the Ancient's in a background of Pirate's Stronghold (Like Razor Slide level for example), with helicopter bombs of both kinds serving as obstacles aswell some wooden pillars. At the end of the level, Red Lums form the word "WOW".
Lastly, I'll try to record video footage of the levels as soon as possible. It is currently impossible at the moment to emulate the process, you really need real hardware and software to do this, so I'll have to use my camera aimed at the Game Boy Advance like I've done to record the 1000th Lum glitch in Rayman 3D for Nintendo 3DS.
