How about controls? I've heard really bad things about the RDS controls, which should be pretty hard to fuck up in this case.

The controls were terrible in Rayman DS, but really, that's nothing compared to the deadly gamebreaking glitches of Rayman 3 HD.

I was about to say this, because I think the fact you can't even access the last level of the game is even worse than everything that happens in Rayman DS. Ironically, I played a little Rayman DS yesterday. :P

Im going as far as to saying r3hd is worse then rayman ds, this was the most unexpecting thing coming from the rayman fans, huh? I didn't expect such a horrid port, tis a shame.

Hi

I'm having trouble getting my gamepad to work in Rayman 3. Does anyone have any ideas on what I should do? I've asked over on PGP Forums (Pinnacle Game Profiler) but I haven't gotten a response yet, so wanted to know what this community thought.

(Yes, it's been ages since I last logged in here :P)
 
I finished R3HD some days ago and I didn't come accross any major game-breaking bugs, guess I was just lucky. But getting that green gem from final Reflux battle was painful, as Rayman kept magically bouncing down each time I tried to fly back up with the super helicopter :pfff: I got up eventually, but took me good 5 minutes at least.

And man, all these graphic glitches make me sad too. I thought I could finally rest my old PC copy when this HD version came out, but perhaps I should have just bought a used PS2 or GC copy of R3 instead. :| Might have been even cheaper than downloading this rushed thing.
 
Which PS3 models you own guys? Does yours is a Slim, Tricai? At least mine is but I also didn't buy the game yet.
 
Yup, mine is a Slim too (120 GB).

I've heard that some games have worked better in the Slim version than the original PS3, not sure if this is one of them though. Really looks like they just couldn't port the game properly in this machine at all :/
 
P.S. So far, I've not had any game breakers yet. I'm at the first level of TLOTLD.

Why only that far? It's because I'm rather playing the PC version.
 
Don't hesitate to take more screenshots of the graphical differences (glitches? :P) in Rayman 3 HD whenever you have time, Spanex! ;)
