That be true. In le Minisaurus Plain the pirates lurk around and you can kick their asses, in Globox's house there is an area which is the entrance to le Whale Bay and some pirates lurk there and in le Rainbow Creek nearby the entrance to I think the Pirate Mines. I'm pretty sure.

Well,
Minisaurus Hub: Both parts have Robo-Pirates
Globox House: Only the area leading to the Whale Bay, Sanctuary of Stone and Fire and The Tomb Of the Ancients has them, the other part does not.
Rainbow Creek: The first area has a oneoff fight with Pirates, though they don't reappear once beaten, the Pirate Factory area has respawnable Zombie pirates, but again, the normal Pirates only make one-off appearances.

So...True or false? I'm not entirely sure.
 
The point is for Rulez. The Henchmen can be seen at least in one area of the three hubs.
Master4lyf1, Henchmen can be seen in Rainbow Creek nearby the entrance to the Pirate Mines, as Rulez said, and on the way of the hot air balloon.
