I think he means the magician;
First defeat the two mecha's, then follow him between the destructed parts of Moody Clouds and then flie after the ship on a moskito, 'till you find the energy room and the energy destroys whole Moody Clouds

I said in which levels can Rayman use it, and it doesn't includes the level where he gets it. Also, there are 2 levels where he can't use it, but you listed it. ;)
 
As far as i know, you got the correct answer boomboleros, because it isn't possible to use the rain mask at a backtrack

Could you elaborate? Do you mean leave behind in terms of what Haruka believes, as in Story? Or do you mean when you replay a level, with all powers, you are capable of continuing forward without having to rescue a nymph after a chase?

If you mean them playing a game of jeux des boules, then it's in the Land of the Livid Dead, right at the start, in the foreground.
