If you look at it that way, the only 'port' of Rayman 2 that had the Hall of Doors was Rayman DS, god forbid.

Yep, the other two ports ( iOS and 3DS ) are using the Isle of Doors, in better quality though. Rayman DS seems to be the worst looking "major" version of Rayman 2, so with the exception of Rayman 2 GBC, which is quite different in any way compared the others.

I concur.
While I did grow up playing the PS1 version, I'm more accustomed to the PC version now that I've played it so many times.
Such familiar feeling to me.

Although i haven't played the DC version so many times now i want to somehow play it, because personally i quite like it's hub, the isle of doors, and Glob Disk. I once owned it about 9-10 years ago, but i never seem to know what to do after the menhir hills. After then my father bought Rayman 2 and it was almost exactly the same, without the isle and the minigames - whom i didn't know back then. And about a year ago, i decided to download it and completed it 100% with playing 6 hours from 6pm to midnight without stopping the game. After that i haven't played it or any ports of it, howewer, somehow i feel like i will get to play the iOS or the 3DS version.

It might be just a coincidence but I think that if a person wants to start to play Rayman 2 for the first time I would recommend trying the PC version.
I did. I played some of it on my pc but only just enough to land in the Woods of Light because my Pc at the time didn't have good enough graphics for it. So I'm used to the PS1 version. I'm still trying to find the pc version.

Buy from GOG.com. It's the only chance if you don't just want that big skull to fuck the shit out of you. :oops2:

But really, you can't really get the ORIGINAL version of it - it's the anniversary pack version which is glitchy.

No I want to find it. I got it years ago when I was little.

After playing Rayman 3 I went back to Rayman 2 for some Lums. Got some of the Lums that I kept missing before. The one I needed in the Bayou was sneaky. It was the one where you have to go on the Log.
Jump on the log and then Rayman will bounce.

I'd got it already.
Then there is a lum floating in the air. Use the logs to make Rayman bounce then activate the helicopter power. You will also see a platform under you.

Like I said I got it.
Then I don't know which lums are left.
Well I have 791. I'm missing a few in the Echoing Caves and The Menhir Hills.
You're playing the PS1 version aren't you?
Yes

You can check my walkthrough videos if you are struggling for the location of the Lums.
Thanks
