Those aren't objects that Murfy can interact. Although the object i was looking for was so close to the part of the video you posted. BTW why are those "minigame signs"? :P

There's a hidden room in the second part of the level with Trumpets. In one point you can be blown away by one of them to the left. There are 4 secret lives hidden.
