Vacation? Alert us!

Well i'm back after a long absence starting january.

of 2009.
i need to keep better track of the forums i join :|
figured i'd reuse this user rather than create a new one. Anyway, i'll probably be contributing alot more than i used to.
just don't be surprised if you see another post in here from me.

I'm out for a family weekend tomorrow friday. I most likely will only be back on sunday. Yeah, not really worth mentioning.

So my dad decided to cancel the internet for various reasons, meanwhile my mom has signed up for another provider, but it'll take a while to switch over. .3. So internet is swtiching off tonight and we won't be getting it back before...either next Saturday or Tuesday.

I can still post while I'm over at my nan's (I'll be going there a lot) but uh I won't be on the irc so...sorry. .3.

Hello. Currently my PC is being fixed. This may take a good 1 or 2 weeks or so, I will miss you all dearly! :(

Good luck! I can't wait to Skype again, be sure to let me know as soon as you have it back.

Typing from my mothers house right now, only here for 2 days so might as well make the best of it.
Anyways for anyone wondering about the problem it's probably the most ridiculous thing so I'll go into detail... me and my friend built a gaming computer using parts from newegg.com (a very trustable source I may add), my expectations were bigger then I thought, the performance of all games up to date was just simply flawless and incredible. However after playing an hour of Tribes Ascend my computer had unexpectedly reboot... very odd, yes, this problem had occured more and more, though being the nice guy he is he was willingly going to help me fix it, and he dumbed it all down the problem leading to it all, in which he believes is the GPU, (Considering he's had the same problem in the past) the card has a full lifetime warranty, I just need to pay a little shipping which should be no problem for me at all, it works with some games, but some it does not, for example I can play Team Fortress 2 for hours with no reboots on full setting, however HL2 reboots quite a lot... it's an odd problem indeed, but I'm hoping I can fix it, I need to send it to California for a fixing, but hopefully it'll take maybe 1-2 weeks or so :p

...And yes Rayfan, WE MUST SKYPE again sometime, that last one was the best one we ever had. :D

Still a couple more weeks for me unfortunately, I will be happy to talk to all of you again, when my PC is in great working condition. :mryellow:

So many time to assemble a computer? :o

It's hard to explain, but I've just had one problem after the next with this thing, leading into more and more waiting, but no worries, as it won't be much longer! :D

Funny, when I tell people in my class that I built a computer in a few hours, even my Physics teacher says it would take him a few years.
