List of ranks

The only difference in the RR rank is that in TV Party, it looks like he has some massive sunburn on his forehead.

By RR I meant Rayman Revolution. I've been saying this in these last years:

Indeed.

Why was that original rank chosen anyway? It's both not very well Photoshopped and it's a very strange choice of image.

I saw that same original rank on my Rayman 2 PS1 case.

Isn't Revolution the same as R2? I know they have some different levels but...its just a remake right?
 
Kind of a remake yes, with a lot of differences that makes the game last the double of the time for a pro.

Concerning the update on the ranklist, maybe we could swap out some Teensie ranks for some 'smaller' good characters such as a variation of the Baby Globox (think along the lines of those 'special' DreamCast Baby Globoxes like the referee), maybe even a Lum of some kind, one of the turtles from Rayman 3 or the Fakir from Rayman Origins. Possibly we could have an alternate Globox skin from Rayman M, if we really really want to get rid of some Teensie ranks.

Anyway, I think the Teensies issue can be disguised with the Teensie, Fairy, Teensie, Fairy sequence.

That looks good, although I also really like the idea of a Fairy follows upon Fairy sequence.
Maybe we should add a Ludiv? Are there more fairies? Should we use the Ting artwork from Rayman GBC?
 
I don't think that 8-bit sprites are advisible.

The DC Baby Globoxes idea is also nice if you guys don't want the Teensie/Fairy sequence.

I though this through, and I think we can do with two smaller Teensie series. I believe it's actually better than breaking the nymph chain. I've also lowered Uglette who was clearly too high given her importance in the game.

Step Six: Off To A Good Start

Our rank template (avatar background) is quite iconic of Pirate-Community and I don't think we should replace it. We could, however, improve it! We could totally use partial transparency in the corners, and I even believe someone did this before. This will be a rather quick step, but we need someone to come up with an improved version of the rank template. Thanks for your help!
 
Not sure why the guardians are the baddies, but I like this anyway. And knowing me, I'll make a Ting Account and keep being Axel until I have enough Tings to go up to Grolem 13, then I'll take 'em back and Axel will evolve to Grolem 13 o13o

I'd suggest having it be a different colour. Always wondered why they were pink.
