So much for RaymanZone.

Post by somenobody »

Heck, in February they said something like "we'll have our forums up by the end of this week!" What is it now, 11:49 PM on April 2nd?
Looks by the activeness that this is the new RaymanZone until the real one comes back.
You know, I actually kind of missed that place.
God I was a n00b there. But it's like almost a year later and I'm non-n00bish, so if the RaymanZone comes back, I'll join the forums and not ever ever ever go in every topic and go "a moderator should lock this." But really, Ubisoft must be complete jerks for lying to us.

One week in Raymanzone time could be at least 6 months in the real world. :|

How pathetic.

I guess I'll sign up and do stuff... I guess?

I hope they re-make RaymanZone, however, and not just bring up a back-up from late November. That's dumb.

And for Rayman 4, heck, I wouldn't be surprised if that game comes out in Summer 2008.

But right now I don't really care, because Ratchet: Deadlocked (Ratchet & Clank 4) is coming out this fall.

But anyways, back to the topic. So much for RaymanZone, I hope they bring it back, and I'm DEFINETELY not a n00b anymore. So I definetely won't be annoying like how I was in RaymanZone.

Well when do you think they will bring RZ back, IF they do? :|

I 'oughta go check and see if that "Merry christmas" message is still up.

Uh, RZ is now a part of the ubisoft forums, which is WORSE than if they did nothing to it. And it contains a backup from the 20th of december, when the forums got hacked. The backup was a bad idea already, but it's actually incomplete. And now, everyone can see the mod board. So have a look at all the secret things we discuss!

And the actual Raymanzone forums? They just keep that stupid message there without even bothering to link to the ubi forums... not that it's useful though, because nobody will ever post there, unless it's just for the heck of it.

Don't expect anything: they will NOT bring the real forums back. At least not until R4 comes out, which could be late again... (I've always wondered why it takes four fucking years to bring a game out, most of them come every two years  )

But in any case, this place is now a better alternative.

Yeah, RaymanZone has a new forum which is one made by themselves (no wonder it's rubbish), not a phpBB. So, it's either there or nothing, and everyone here chose nothing except Ruy of course.

Like Jona said, join here! You will enjoy it more than the old phpBB RaymanZone, or atleast I do.

Lol yeah really.
I'd talk to Block, but stupid MSN hasn't been working since February. The last person I got to talk on there was GameNerd, and then I suddenly automatically logged out and couldn't ever get back in.

So you're saying, RaymanZone is another forum in the UbiSoft boards? That doesn't feel special. Now I actually am suprised UbiSoft took the time and effort to give Rayman his own site!

Looks like this is the new RaymanZone, since the UbiSoft version probably sucks. I'm still having login problems, but I'll join as soon as the DEBUG mode disappears.

I myself am losing a lot of interest in Rayman, because there are other games, and the company who made my favorite game TALKS WITH THEIR FANS, CARES ABOUT THEIR FANS, and actually makes live chats and a forum because they care, which really makes me think UbiSoft is a load of bull.

Mind to tell me what your favourite game is?

Then because of what?

The only big difference is the active admin. The official site had its advantages over this site, where this site has its advantages over the official RZ.

No, there are way more differences. An active admin is just one. Donating system, upcoming RPG, friendly members (well, mostly), better board style, less glitchy...

...the list goes on.

It's what's caused by the active admin, that's my point about it being the only difference.
