hmm, very interesting, the gameplay looks nothing like Rayman, in fact, stage 5 looks more klonoa-like, could it be that gamegirl is trolling?! *shock horror that absolutely no-one saw coming -sarcasm-*

2 the fact that they can both shoot detachable body parts in the a almost identical way
3 their nemisies names both have dark in them
4 they both have mysterouis female helpers
5 the game play is almost idenicail
6 they both incorperate lifeless objects come to life
7 their nemesies bases both have childish themes
8 they have the same power ups almost they just apley to difrent body parts
9 they both have coulerfull almost trippy worlds
10 their world have simuler coluer plates
11 they both have yellowish skin
12 in headdy you have to save electoon like creatures
i could point out more but this should convince you 8)

honestly, I'm sick and tired of this bullcrap, here's the thing, their both 2D platformers, is that also a similarity? NO, their just both fucking 2D platformers, of course their going to have similarites, and it doesn't mean Rayman was largely inspired by Dynamite heady. also, similar colour palettes is not a similarty, your just trying to spin out reasons to make you seem right when you are clearly arguing over something pointless.
