Eh, Haruka, just let them do what makes them happy. If openly complaining and signing petitions is what makes them happy, then so be it. Things will probably quiet down by the end of the month anyways. From what I'm gathering, the reason for the delay might actually be the fault of one of Microsoft's shitty policies, and if that's the case all I can do is shake my head. Yes, it's frustrating, but I wouldn't want 360 owners to get skipped over just because the company that makes the only current console they own (or their preferred console, for that matter) has horrible publication policies. The game was bound to be ported sooner or later, it just happens that trying to go Nintendo exclusive at the start proved to be a problem for releasing a port on a different major console down the line.
It doesn't seem like Ubisoft is willing to reconsider releasing it on its originally planned release date, so the petition is pretty much useless at this point. It was a nice thought, though.
I'm still quietly hoping the sales don't go through the floor when it finally is released. The amount of other games being released around September is enough to make that a legitimate concern.
