Yes, but he made the distinct difference between Polokus and the Bubble Dreamer in his post, saying that it was Polokus (R2) that was drunk whereas the Bubble Dreamer was the one from RO.

I was interpreting the sentence as "The Great Polokus, now there's a guy who likes to party!"

And suddenly, all of the Rayman franchise actually makes sense, the reason why R1 and R2 were less zany was because Polokus wasn't around to screw things around.
