Rayman Glitches

- In The Woods of Light, PC version, using the cheat to unlock all levels and have all cages, leaving the level, completing another, then returning back to the level (note that the spiral door isn't red because you haven't collected the lums) will result in a mysterious clone of Rayman appearing, walking into the wall left of where the first cage is. I believe this happen because normally after you break that cage, a cutscene starts where you walk to a certain point and Murfy begins talking to you. Since this scene never had a chance to take place as you'd used the cheat to have all the cages, it spawns the Rayman that walks at the beginning of the cutscene immediately. Since it might also not be designated where he's supposed to walk to, he'll just run into the wall. It's also worthy of note that he isn't walking in place, he starts out fairly high up the river, and walks into the wall at a slight angle which results in him moving slowly down-river until he comes to a tight corner.

The clone glitch? You can also have that happen if you manage to get a Try Again in the Woods of Light, you can do so by not freeing the Teensies at the end and jumping down the hole where the Spiral Door would appear:
 
Hah, that's the same glitch, activated in a totally different way! Neat.


I'll see if I can document some of the glitches I've come across this Summer. It should be a fun little brief activity. I'll especially be trying to achieve the walking under water in Whale Bay.
 
I had this glitch in Rayman Arena yesterday:
I went to 1000 Waterfalls in the Master League (Me vs. Dark Rayman).
He was in front of me,but at one point he stopped running.I said myself "WTF,Why did he stop?",so I stopped running too.I stayed near him,but after 10 seconds or more,he suddenly disappeared and appeared at other point of the map,very close of the finish. :evil: .He trolled me :fou2:

I will record this glitch if it will happen again.
 
Hah that's a pretty rare glitch. It happens in Arena, and I think M too. Not sure about that one though. It's not even that bad, the opponent covers the same amount of distance as if he didn't stop running.
 
CPUs in Rayman M can get stuck in several places (except for reals, and not in fake troll situations); the only one I can remember is 1000 Waterfalls near the end with the staircase-like slippery surfaces. The computer gets stuck on the second-to-last step very often, simply sitting there, sliding into the wall until it finally decides to jump and move on. It triggers randomly, but you can also force-trigger it by messing up the CPU's pathfinding (for example, removing a crate that it anticipated to be there, making it jump on a jump pad instead of a crate).

The same glitch happened to me, it was hilarious!
 
I had a really weird glitch in 'Rayman 60 Levels' yesterday (it's always that game, isn't it :P) where I defeated a spider in the Blue Mountains. It played the enemy death sound, but the spider remained "alive", lodged halfway into a wall and looping it's turning animation infinitely :?. I wish I had been recording a video at the time, because I tried to replicate it and failed....oh well, if it happens again, I'll keep you posted :mryellow:
 
That's nothing compared with the glitch I had in the last level of Caves of Skops. The level is impossible to beat it for real.

In Rayman 3 HD, hoodlum headquarters, I hear Andre talking after globox falls for that trap, and while andre is talking, rayman's mouth is also talking, saying the same things andre is saying...weird.....

I'm not really sure he's that physics-breaking though; as he has no arms, he could just be hanging in front of the chocolate with his hand on the chocolate, but it's a bit eh if that's the case.
