Photoshop is far more optimized than GIMP, allowing you to work with much larger project sizes, using much fewer resources. In terms of features, they're very similar, but once again Photoshop has the upper hand of being developed by one of the largest software companies around, and thus most of the tools that exist in both worlds are of noticeably higher quality in Photoshop. - Photoshop is the better piece of software. Whether it's more difficult or not is completely dependent upon the person; I get very frustrated when trying to work in GIMP.Raymanni wrote:In my opinion Gimp is best.
