Minecraft

One of the biggest, if not the, Minecraft servers since early Alpha (VanillaCraft) shut down yesterday. Unexpected but probably for the best.
 
Who still play Minecraft here? Although I've played it a lot, it became borring. Anyone else thought the same?

Yeah. I've gone from five times to maybe twice a week now. It would be nice if they didn't take months to put out new updates that add only small elements.
 
True! Plus, the single player mode have no interest in my opinion. Are you on a multiplayer server?

I do play on a server, although most people come from the US and Canada so I unless I stay up late the server is pretty empty.
 
I used to host a Minecraft server myself but then bad people came and leaded me to shut it down :pascontent: .

It looks like a terribly coded and moderated server though. 90% of the Minecraft community is an absolute fucking idiot or just a dick, you gotta either find or host a super tight server.
 
How about an RPC server with only RPC players in it? That sounds like it will be as reasonable as it'll ever get. Just don't let Rulez on. Or let him on only on Super Hardcore Mode and rig his trollbombs to prematurely detonate.

We have that already, judging from the op, right?

Also, I could write a mod that would make Rulez really attractive to creepers.... :3
 
I do hope RPC gets another server going to some point, because my server is pretty much dead for the upcoming weeks because the server we originally branched off of is back up and even though everyone is there because they were unfairly banned or disliked the moderation they all seem to be back on it, torturing themselves with more shitty mods and players only to most likely get banned again in a month.

Server is called SuperlativeCraft, up 24/7, has a decent but very small community, and is survival but with some comforts like /home, /spawn, and a super fast Enderman grinder.

Downsides are that you can't swear (Downside for me :P ) and that to prevent grief you gotta use this AP system. The AP system is not a big deal but you gotta get used to it.

Give it a try if you like. It's one of the few servers not filled with tons of idiots and griefers and is generally peaceful.

Sounds pretty nice but I'm not looking for servers until 1.6 is out :P Which is on thursday fyi.
 
Wanted to give my old server another try. Got a 32 hour ban from a bot for accidentally breaking a cobblestone block. I remember why I left now.
 
I like the new colored clay blocks in 1.6. Finally I can make colorful buildings that don't look fluffy.
