Vacation? Alert us!

Funny how sticky topics always have no function because everybody posts off-topic in them.
 
It is a good thing! Imagine what it would be like with everyone commenting when they'll go on vacation!
 
Okay, I'll try to make my point again...

Threads like these are useless, because people post off-topic, so when somebody actually comes there to say he will go on vacation (which rarely happens anyway) some people may not notice it. And besides, people want their own topic if they are important members and leaving for a while.
 
I wouldn't ignore it, and I assume other members won't either.

Also, almost every single topic in Pirate-Community is not about 1 specific subject, people go off topic in them, and to me, that is a good time.
 
But it makes these topics pointless, and definitely a waste of space. If I go on vacation I'll make my own topic for it, and not post in this one...
 
I went to Rome, and it was quite an impressive city. And to think I only saw a small part of it...

In the future I'll go back sometime, I hope.
 
Hmm, well it sounds great!

But I don't think it'll be better than my last vacation...
