it's hard to make assumptions at the moment since for months and months they've only revealed a few costumes... i hope they have at least one costume for each character, for each world! what i mean is e.g: fiesta styled globox, rayman, barbara, and teensie. then spy themed rayman, globox, barbara, and teensie. see what i mean? at least 6 costumes for each character, since there are 6 worlds. BUT, we have the old RO skins too!

We know that the princesses are themed to the worlds, but I'm not sure about the other characters. We've seen the Werewolf Rayman thing in silhouette, and it really doesn't fit into any of the worlds. But we do know that there's going to be at least 30 characters, with the ten princesses, the 16 playable characters from RO, and the 4 other characters we've seen. I think they'd make more characters simply for the online mode, so that there's more variety for each character avatar.
 
since they likely added more since the delay, at least 50+ in the final version. also, apparently they're in san francisco now! :D

The 20 Teensies is probably right, it seems like Teensies are just really easy for UbiArt to come up with costumes for. :lol:

No, in game characters. I completely forgot about the pre-order characters.

No. I'm counting characters that will be in all versions. That was how many I guessed. I did not include any exclusive or pre-order characters.

Ah, thanks for clearing that up. That's really gonna bug outta some consumers (like myself) who want all characters. Such a pity. :tssk:
 
Unless Ubi later releases them as paid DLCs, but I wouldn't get that annoyed if they weren't doing so.
 
American time is rather different to UK time, so there's a possibility I'll be in bed at the time of the surprise.

Could you link me to the article again, it's difficult to trundle through the posts that have occurred since my last proper reading of the topic.
 
I'll probably have to wait until a link is posted to the surprise. I most likely didn't get up in time if it already happened.
