You only have to skip questions if you answer 3 in a row without anyone answering one inbetween. Meaning that if you have 2 points, and i have 1 points, and i answered last, you can answer the following 3 questions, if you do, and you have 5 points while i still have only 1, you'll then have to skip 2 questions. But if you answered 2 questions, I answered 1 and then you answered one again, it doesn't mean you answered 3 questions in succession, meaning you don't have to skip questions. But as always, i'll notify anyone who can't answer and how many questions one must skip. ;)

Anyways, your answer was correct.
