Hmm, I'm assuming what you mean is that your first account is permanently banned, but you returned with this account later on, having learnt your lesson.

It clearly looks like he hasn't to me. Also I have no idea who unbanned him, that was quite some time ago.
 
Come on! You've got the in-born gift of the red text! All you have to do is stick a label on a ban-hammer that says "one-hit perma-ban" and whack the thing with it right?!

That barely sounds like a suggestion to me. And if you had read my posts, you'd know I banned him for a week.
 
And here I thought we went through a whole months worth or two of deliberation and rank list making.
