Re: Rayman M-Arena
Oh. If so you'd take the console that is region free. Uhhm GameCube? Because it's from Nintendo. Nintendo was always region free right?
Re: Rayman M-Arena
LOL, are you joking? Nintendo invented Region Lock. And both of my Xbox and Wii are modded so they are Region Free.

Re: Rayman M-Arena
What I'm saying is that Rayman Arena for PS2 and PC is just Rayman M, only the name has been changed.
Rayman Arena for GCN and Xbox is different, it has some exclusive and unique content, and I think it differs from M in some gameplay styles.
Anyways, not all Ninty consoles have region locking, though a fair bit do.

So... has everyone voted yet?

If this doesn't come on, I'll grab it on NGC, maybe.

Re: Rayman M-Arena
Rayman Arena on PC is same as Rayman M but with different logo. Xbox and GameCube versions are much better.

Re: Rayman M-Arena
I voted on that quite some time ago, here's hoping it gets through someday.
Re: Rayman M-Arena
I know that. I pointed the link because I want the game to be listed on GOG. You can't play online with the GameCube version.OldClassicGamer wrote:Rayman Arena on PC is same as Rayman M but with different logo. Xbox and GameCube versions are much better.
Re: Rayman M-Arena
Can you play online with Xbox version on Xbox Live?

Re: Rayman M-Arena
Nope, only means of online was through that Hamachi program on PC.
Re: Rayman M-Arena
Shame. But oh well, I hope it gets released on GOG even if it's not the version like on GameCube. I would love to race with you people.

Voting for this one as well might increase our chances slightly.

Even if it was possible, I don't own an Xbox myselfOldClassicGamer wrote:Can you play online with Xbox version on Xbox Live?
Although I did it, I reported it as a duplicate (if they can mix together the two counter, the game will be more visible).spiraldoor wrote:http://www.gog.com/wishlist/games/rayman_m

Re: Rayman M-Arena
I wonder if they even know that Rayman M and Arena are same.

Re: Rayman M-Arena
Hm, does Rayman M have the LAN needed for Hamachi, or is that just Arena?
Re: Rayman M-Arena
GOG staff is mostly pro gamer. And I told them in the report message anywayOldClassicGamer wrote:I wonder if they even know that Rayman M and Arena are same.
If I'm not mistaken, Rayman M doesn't have the LAN needed...Master wrote:Hm, does Rayman M have the LAN needed for Hamachi, or is that just Arena?
Re: Rayman M-Arena
Rayman M does not have LAN while the Arena does. However I tried to test Hamachi with Drolpiraat and Clara and it never worked.
Re: Rayman M-Arena
Do i misunderstand something, or you really think they're the same, while they are not?OldClassicGamer wrote:I wonder if they even know that Rayman M and Arena are same.

Re: Rayman M-Arena
Isn't the confusion that some ports of Arena are the same as Rayman M, while others are something completely different?
Re: Rayman M-Arena
As i know, Rayman M and Arena aren't the same, but i can image Ubisoft calling them different in several regions.Shrooblord wrote:Isn't the confusion that some ports of Arena are the same as Rayman M, while others are something completely different?
