turns out, i ACTUALLY still may be able to get rayman legends. it keeps showing up on the receipt: "now shipping". but then it shows up saying "not yet shipped"... :boon: :boon: :boon: needs more boons you say? :boon: :boon: :boon: :boon: :boon: :boon: :boon: :boon: :boon: :boon: :hips:

yes I did and tbh [Dark Rayman looks more like a shadow rayman and raymesis looks like dark rayman.. it's wierd]

Anyway, I've been playing Legends now all morning, and I'm much more impressed than I thought I'd be. One thing in particular I'd like to note is the music at the beginning of Ray and the Beanstalk, it's probably some of the most beautiful video game music I've heard in a while.

Also, for the wiki, are we planning on replacing the Origins enemies' avatars with the updated Back To Origins ones? I rendered this out from a screenshot I took, for example:

I think Rayman Legends was well worth the wait, and it did impress me in some particularities during the gameplay. And I believe the characters should be updated in the wiki with the RL design, since some of them like Rayman and Globox already own it.

@Spiral I'm sorry, but I liked so much your point about the lucky ticket that it inspired me for a comic. At least I hope it was enjoyable.

By the way guys, someone asked me in dA if I saw this, it is a fanmade animation (the best one I've seen so far related with Rayman):

OK, this is exactly the sort of weirdness I've been hoping would come to light since the Greek mythology setting was announced.

[The Cyclops Polyphemus is the son of Poseidon, whose brother Zeus also appears in Legends. Zeus is the father of Artemis, who is said to be the grandmother of Count Razoff in Rayman 3.]
 
Neat animation indeed, I agree that we change the Origins characters to Legends where possible.
 
Seeing as no-one else has repeated such glitches, it's probably a problem on your side, did anything happen while installing?
 
Indeed, what I'm trying to say, is that none of us have ever encountered any sort of problem whatsoever, the fact that you're the only one to have reported anything of the sort means that it is more likely an issue to do with circumstances regarding your copy of Legends, rather than a widespread issue affecting everyone, hence, why I think you ought to see if anything went wrong with your individual copy when you put it on your machine, or if there is some (probably unlikely) compatibility issue you've run into.
 
Hm, I can't really help much here besides making suggestions, perhaps a more technically minded member could better appreciate what could have happened, I think Steam has a feature to check if games have missing files or the like, perhaps that might be of use to you?

Either ways, I'm sorry I can't help out, though with that video footage, perhaps you could get hold of technical support at Ubi, and see if they can help you.

I have not tried playing levles on 800x600 because game works full speed on 1920x1080 for me when I am not recording. When I record Let's Play of it, I will have to put it on 800x600 too and I hope this wont happen.

Also anyone notice SHADMAN did the backgrounds for the video... a HENTAI ARTIST. Lol that is perfect.

I saw gameplay of the Wii U version, and in Mariachi Madness, the player doesn't go off screen after the load of trumpets you go through, unlike what kept happening to me.
