Perhaps the thing for a certain group was disabled (translate 'the thing' into something I don't know the English word for).
 
I respect games at times where that applies. I'm not posting a '^' when I have to say something to somebody who's further above me, and where it's only stupid to put ^^^^'s and whatever more crap.

problem solved, we called a specialist and he sorted everything out in 50 seconds
