I like raymans personality in orgins be cause he acts dumb and how come the only 2 lanuge opitons are britsh english and french i think :mefiant:

D'aww, it's a Raykid! :3 hi little thing. Welcome to RPC n_n

Sadly, the only options are english and french because Rayman's place of origin is France AND english is our universal language. British or not, it is still english!
Welcome to RPC Raykid!
As for languages, trust me there are more (at least in retail PC version) When I installed RO from disc I got in new Rayman Collection pack, on installation scren there were more than 5 languages including even Japanese.

He's talking about RPC, not the games.

I don't mind either theory though. Maybe Mister Dark did flee but maybe he didn't, though none of us really know. It's up to the player.

Maybe it's been left to our expectations on purpose and we're missing the whole point.

Why are people taking the shape-shifter Mr Dark thing so seriously?

Ask to Sergio.

Because he's not a shape-shifter :boon: . I hate when theories become facts like nothing happened. I'd rather have a poll to ensure that everyone agrees with such theory than just put it there and call it a day.

Sure, there's a life bar, a lifebar for the most obscure version of the game, but visually, especially in the other versions, it's more acceptable to say that Mr Dark "floated away" and that "a monster appeared". It should not be specified if that monster is Mr Dark or not, but it should totally be described as "A monster" and that's it. That's our only official material, and that's the only thing that should be put on the wiki until our official source comes out. Saying that Mr Dark suddenly has abilities to shape-shift STILL sounds like a theory. Not saying that it's not possible, but it should totally not be called official yet. Or well... just make the poll, whatever.

"Is Mr Dark a shape-shifter?

-Yes, he turns into many mutants

-No, he summons/brings the mutants"

I am not gonna pick sides here now or anything anymore but when I was fighting Mr. Dark for the first time in my life I had impression that he floated away. Just saying. Then again, I was playing PS1 version and not Jaguar version. Can't we now just move on like other members suggested yesterday?

No one ever stated it as fact, not even Spiral. However, your reasons for believing he's not are far shitter and less grounded than spiraldoor's reasons for believing that he is.

Whoa now, hypocrisy.

Hypocrisy? excuse me? Someone asked me, so I had to answer what I believed. Never stated it as an official fact. Also, why are you saying Spiraldoor doesn't consider it a fact? If I remember correctly, he was the one who added that info to the wiki.

I'll check. I might be wrong.

EDIT: I wasn't. He edited the entire Mr Dark article to post the theory, even if it hasn't been entirely proven.

Ehh to me he doesn't shape shift, but I honestly don't even care its up to whatever anyone wants to think about it.

Same, it looks like more he used a spell on pass bosses and mixed them together than shape shifted.

I have no actual idea, but i'm guessing since Rayman beat them he was able to get them easily to do that.

Though it makes me wonder how he was able to get the bosses and mix'em up. They weren't entirely evil.

Easy... those aren't the bosses, he can create evil creatures based on already existing ones. That's why Bad Rayman exists. Well, at least that's how I see it.
