@Master I like subs too. This just seemed unusual because most subs don't subtitle such things. But Zepto already said good reason why. I always watch Anime subbed first and later check out the dub if its Funimation dub. If 4kids, TMNT is only thing I will watch because it is original creation. Rest of dubs, no.

Finn is actually blond, there are eps where he takes his hat off, the robot arm is a recurring thing which seems tied to Finn in his future.

The resemblance has then been completely unintentional, since Finn has a blonde hair in canon, topped with multiple hints about the robotic arm. I have a very small interest in Japanese animation in general (An exception could be Hayao Miyazaki's works), because every anime I've ever tried to watch hasn't clicked on me honestly. Sure there is variety, but I don't like the typical art style that is used way too often. To put it simply, I focus solely on western animation and I just can't get into anime for some reason, no matter what...
 
I understand. One if the things that comes close to western animation are Tatsunoko Classics. Aside from that I can't really think of any right now. Well after all not everyone is same. I respect your opinion that you said about their style.
 
I wish the Tatsunoko classics were in english subtitles fully, I'd watch all of them.
I use to feel the same way GN did, I could never get into anime, bored me. However now, I do really like it, thanks to good friends, lots of animes I still need to watch on Netflix.

It was the general sexism that keeps me away. a show that only gets veiwed for boobs is not a show i want to see :?

Then don't watch an anime that only show boobs? Fullmetal Alchemist isn't about that, neither is Naruto. ( well you got the pervert character but its supposed to be only humorous. ) Maybe you will like Wolf's Rain then, its about wolves trying to go to paradise, no sexism or boobs involved and it only have about 30 episodes.
