Re: Rayman Legends
Soo, back to the game itself.
Still not gotten back into it, should really get over the fatigue.

Re: Rayman Legends
Mm, I still haven't touched it after I completed all the levels. I don't feel as if I've 'gained' anything from playing through it, to my dismay.
Re: Rayman Legends
I haven't really either, after completing all the levels twice on two different 360 I don't feel like playing it much anymore.

Re: Rayman Legends
I admittedly have not played actual levels in a little while, but that's due to me being both busy and tired. Heck, my joining of this site is a contributing factor to me not replaying the actual game's levels!
I still play the Challenges everyday though, and always shoot for (and mostly receive) Diamond Cups. I just find this game's mechanics to be addictively perfect, so I don't really mind the fact that the challenges can get repetitive at times (and they have been less repetitive lately).
I plan to do a commentary on the game soon, so that'll give me time to indulge in the ENTIRE game once again!

I've stopped caring for things in games that don't get you anything. Personally I just find it more tedious then fun. Even with things like star coins in NSMB it just annoys me. I don't really find it fun to either have to look up a walktrough or play a level trough three times just to get the damn things. At least they unlock a special world.

Re: Rayman Legends
Ah ye, I often forget that the Challenges mode exists, which is probably my favourite part of the game. I should get back on that once I have Windows up and running again.sonicbrawler182 wrote:I still play the Challenges everyday though, and always shoot for (and mostly receive) Diamond Cups. Re: Rayman Legends
Wish my little brother would let me get on xbox live once in a while but no apparently its all for him. Ah well, maybe I'll get it on Steam instead later. The challenges are my favorite part since you compete with other players, even if it gets repetitive after a while, maybe they will add more levels later.
Re: Rayman Legends
Damn, this reminds me I haven't cared for the challenges ever since I made it to 1 million lums. I still play the levels from time to time though.

Re: Rayman Legends
I only have been playing RL just to get Rayomz and the Level 11, or else I would have saved the games in the shelves already and playing again when I had will again.
No more news of Fiesta Run?

Re: Rayman Legends
Not at the moment, It seems.
It looks promising, Jungle Run has garnered quite the reputation for Mobile devices, which is good, seeing as Mobile Gaming seems to be all the rage these days, making it in there will keep Rayman relevant for some time to come, I hope.

Re: Rayman Legends
My Rayman Jungle Run is more than done since months so I'm just waiting for the sequel to give a bit more use to my tablet again.
Re: Rayman Legends
Since the time I have masterized Rayman Jungle Run ( which means a record run for every level ) i didn't take a single look at anything related to it. Definitely looking forward to Fiesta Run though.

I see you're contending in the Diamond Semis, best of luck, Rayrobi!

Re: Rayman Legends
Gosh darn it, I made it to Gold in the Showdown, but I could of made Diamond if I entered from the beginning. CURSES, FOILED AGAIN!

Re: Rayman Legends
Ah, well, still, very high tier you're in, hopefully you'll end up in a grand position as well.
Re: Rayman Legends
My bro DemEdi360 could only make it to gold also, with 10th place. I have also seen Bionichute in Gold or Silver, plus Ikke in Bronze tier.
Interestingly enough, diamond tier consists of only 8 players, so everyone gets into the finals there...

I actually could've done better myself, if it wasn't for the first 5 days, as i have joined on 10th Sept. Good luck for you too!sonicbrawler182 wrote:Gosh darn it, I made it to Gold in the Showdown, but I could of made Diamond if I entered from the beginning. CURSES, FOILED AGAIN!

Re: Rayman Legends
I'll be replaying it when I buy it. Yes, I don't own the game.
I've 100%ed it with a bunch of friends at the restaurant where we reunite every sunday (yes, here in my city we have a restaurant with a Wii U, and the owner is a friend of one of my friends, how convenient!).
So... yeah. I haven't even touched the single player mode, but the multiplayer was a blast. A bast improvement over the awkward multiplayer in Origins. We still play Kung Foot sometimes. It's quite entertaining. I wish there were more settings, though. Or at least be able configure it to make our own tournaments, or point-based matches instead of time-based ones.

Re: Rayman Legends
What ranking is 39th place? It doesn't matter, I think everyone besides the Diamond ranked players get 1000 dollars, am I correct about that?
