Rayman walkthroughs

Hm, still, the JP version doesn't have much to go for it really, Anime Ly is one heck of a...I don't know what, but...well...what?

Better yet, why not tell us all on the Emulation thread? That way, Rayman players the world over will be able to experience Revolution optimally.

Tell me your secret.
2 words: Builtin recorder :hehe:
I just wonder why you didn't find it out yet?

I find it just too pity that the quality gets lost during compressing the part. See:

For me it only starts lagging when I record but the built-in recorder has the feature to correct the timing and make every frame 50FPS/59FPS. It looks like it's lagging but the outputted video is in realtime without any sort of lag.

But it runs perfectly when not recording, yes? Methinks that is what OCG is inquiring about.

What settings are you using on the emulator? Obviously something is set different between you and the rest of us, or you just have a beast of a computer.

I am using PCSX2 1.0.0 (r5350)

The emulators plugins:
GS: GSdx 5334 (MSVC 16.00, SSSE3) - DirectX 11 Hardware
PAD: LilyPad svn (r1853) 0.10.0
SPU2: SPU2-X r4779 2.0.0
CDVD: CDVD 0.10.0
USB: USBnull Driver 0.7.0
FW: FWnull Driver 0.7.0
DEV9: DEV9null Driver 0.5.0

The GS plugin settings:
Renderer: Direct3D11 (Hardware)
Interlacing (F5): None
Custom resolution: 1280x720
Texture filtering
Logarithmic Z
Allow 8-bit textures
Alpha correction (FBA)

EE/IOP settings all to default.
VUs settings all to default.

GS settings:
Activate FPS limitaton
Basic: 100%
Slowmotion: 50%
Turbo: 200%
Don't use Frameskip

Speedhacks:
Activated
EE Cyclerate: Deactivated
VU Cycle Stealing: Deactivated
INTC Hold: Activated
Recognize Holds: Activated
mVU Flag Hack: Activated

Deactivated Gamefixes.

Yeah I use a high-end laptop. i7-3840qm up to 3,80GHz; GTX660M 2GB GDDR5; 20GB 1600MHz RAM; etc.

Thanks for that. I got the game going at full speed now, except for the loading screens, which for some reason play at half speed (maybe because I'm running from a disk and not a .iso).

As I am doing right now :D. Unfortunately I only own the PAL version, so I only get 50fps. I wish I owned the NTSC version.

What 16:9 hack? will it feature in future videos? When and if I can emulate PS2s, will it be possible for me to use it?
So many questions, but if you fellows share it in the Emulation thread, I will reward the both of you.
