That was when the backup script was run, for some reason it crashed the entire website every time.

Were backups even produced due to the crashing?

Yeah, I remember having huge fits of mass reporting, and noting down which bots were attacking. How many reports of mine did you end up having to close? Being a mod now, I can only imagine how red the forum must've looked during that incident.
 
I already don't remember, but Clara did witness me spending a good ammount of minutes to delete bot topics.
