Rayman 1 Musics project by Rémi Gazel

I guess the video quality of my playthrough is exellent. I will submit it when I finish my playthrough, so I hope this night I got all videos up. I really hope you will like it Mr. Gazel :) It would be a honor to me that one developer of my favourite game likes how I play his game.

Okidoki. Well, it is not a brand, it is just watermark saying my Chanel Name.
Well, in that case, I submit my whole Let's Play in contest. But I doubt my videos would be chosen since Omar and Haruka are better players than me anyways :P
 
I got a doubt, do we have to record everything like if it was a 100% walkthrough or we just record specific levels?

You two should speedrun Rayman 1 and see who can beat it faster one day ;)
 
We should do a competition who first beats the 'You will not win' map, oh wait I did it already. I win :P
 
Hmm, perhaps he might pick and choose various parts from either of your videos, I don't think having first place will determine everything.

No, I asked did she record it or not since I never saw it. You see "?" at the end?
If she didn't, then the only way to find out if you are better is if she records and do it faster than you, but even if she does not, there are other levels too.
Thats why the best way of finding out is playing R1 from start to end to see who can do faster.

You still was involved at the development at Rayman 1 acording to the credits. Isn't that so?

Yes, I just ask for specifics parts : the list is indicated in my post... My project actually concern only the soundtracks I've composed :) Normal, don't you think ?
 
Right then I'll provide the specific parts only by request. Good I didn't deleted the source files for my recording software :D

Do you actually still have the rights to your own songs? Or did you have to sell them to Ubisoft?
In that case, will they allow this event to take place?

I don't own the rights, so I must sell them... One possibility is to deal with Ubisoft for a collaboration. If not, anyway It's not prohibited to create a show with "someone else" musics, if I stay within the law... :)

I just want to start off by saying I'm a huge fan of your work.
I also like to share that the music is one of the things that made Rayman 1 my favorite game of all time.
I think it's amazing you want to "remaster" these songs because they're so close to my heart.
I'd like to ask you one thing though: Was there anything or anyone that inspired you while making the music for Rayman?
