Considering the awkward wording of the article, it seems more likely that someone misinterpreted the shoddy writing and added what was not, instead of what was. Jaguar is not more powerful than PS1, and Saturn. People only thought that because of false advertising.

I have not played Jaguar version that much so I dunno about that one, but I can confirm that Saturn version has same features like you mentioned.

Not that! I was referring to the bomb explosions that have a glow-effect and smoke and Mr. Skops' lava has glowing/smoke effect. Those are not Jaguar Exclusive and are in all versions. Bzzit shooting IS Jaguar exclusive. Breakout is only in Jaguar and PC version.
