easy.
1.the wbsite would not show up on my computer.
2.I cleared up a lot of space on it.
 
Actually, something like this happened to me as well(some long time ago, but I forgot about it) but I could see the site, and reply, but I couldn't tell what you guys said. After a while, it just went back to the way it was.
 
So your saying, clearing up space on your "Home Computer" made an "External Computer based Server thingy" work on your computer.

Greaaaat work! You should get a medal for such cleverness.
