There is a glitch I'm sure you're aware of in the Pirate's Treasure level on Sea of Serendipity (a Tricky Treasure level). I found a video someone posted of it, but basically at the end where you have wall jump off a falling wooden beam, when the beam falls away the camera rapidly moves you off screen and instantly kills you.
I'm pretty sure a lot of us here experienced it including myself, and I don't recall us ever determining the cause. The level is still beatable, but extremely difficult and based purely on luck. I know it took me many many tries to fight through the glitch and finish the level.

No I've played that level numerous times and on occasion it would play out normally and give me a fighting chance to reach the end without whipping the camera away. If I've gone through the whole level without pausing or faulting once, and taking every opportunity to speed up then me being instantly killed at the end cannot be the way they intended to have the level play out. Thus I return your boon fine sir.
It's not a glitch, you're supposed to keep wall-sliding on the right beam, and that way you'll move along with it. The camera is clearly intended to move along with the falling pillar; glitches don't usually enhance the cinematography.

Pretty much this. It all has got to do with the timing of your jump. If you keep climbing the pillar that is going to fall later, it is obvious that you won't escape an instant death.

I concede, it has been a long time since I played Origins.
Hey, I don't really know where to post this but I'm going to post this here because Jungle Run is kind of Origins mobile.
I'm having major issues with the Windows 8 version of Jungle Run where I can't play past 4-1 to 4-5 without the game crashing to the desktop. This wouldn't be a big deal except there's an achievement for getting 3600 lums in one run without dying or retrying. I could have done this by now but the damn thing will not stop crashing and I can't get around it. According to some achievement sites people have gotten this either on Windows 8 or Windows Phone but I can't get enough info on what they did to avoid the crash. Some people who had the crash just said one time they tried it didn't. I must have tried at least 20 times with a crash though.
So anyone who has gotten this achievement on Windows 8, do you have any tips to prevent crashes?
I tried Windows 8 port in 2013 emulated but I ran into problems with other games such as Ty The Tasmanian Tiger so I removed VMWare Emulator. I never even got to 4-1 on Windows.
What I dislike about Ubisoft is that they never fix glithces in Rayman games. I mean R3 HD had a gamebreaking glitch and they did not bother for that as well.

Yeah I reported that bug even though I knew how to get around it. They insisted it was because I wasn't finishing the levels right and I needed to go to IGN.com.
Yet every achievement and trophy forum on the internet warned against the game breaking bug where you can only go back levels after finishing the final.
