The Fire Lum is one of four lums with the others representing the elements of Rayman's world. The other lums are the Water Lum, the Air Lum, and the Rock Lum. Rayman must collect all four lums and defeat the four clones in order to advance to the Pirate ship where you fight against Razorbeard in a water environment, an air environment, and a fire and rocky area.Raymanni wrote:The plot thickens. Can you explain a bit more? Does the Fire lum have a big meaning in the story?Rayman502 wrote: it is a clone that guards the fire lum.

Re: Rayman: Razorbeard's Vengeance
I have updated the front page to where you can see a more detailed description on how much the Minigames are completed and I took out a world so I can save time and making levels now are BORING
I am also getting closer to starting on the 2nd demo, maybe I will release it in three weeks.
Re: Rayman: Razorbeard's Vengeance
You should take a break from making the levels if you feel that it's boring, because in that case the result is boring levels. You should then get some more inspiration, why not play Rayman 1 all over again, that may help.Rayman502 wrote:I have updated the front page to where you can see a more detailed description on how much the Minigames are completed and I took out a world so I can save time and making levels now are BORINGI am also getting closer to starting on the 2nd demo, maybe I will release it in three weeks.

Re: Rayman: Razorbeard's Vengeance
Actually, I did just played Rayman 1, which motivated me to try hard to make the Minigame levels. In fact, without playing Rayman 1, the Minigame levels would be just as crappy and boring as the Rayman Returns levels were. I'm going to work on putting in more animations for Rayman and add some specs and fixes to the engine.Raymanni wrote:You should take a break from making the levels if you feel that it's boring, because in that case the result is boring levels. I downloaded the PS1 tiles from Rayman 1 and I am putting them all together to replace the PC tileset.

Saturn has best title screen honestly.

Yeah, but I do believe nobody has ever ripped them and I am not good at ripping so I won't even try.OldClassicGamer wrote:Saturn has best title screen honestly.

If Droolie didn't, then nobody did. I am not sure if he did or not however.

Re: Rayman: Razorbeard's Vengeance
Droolie was the only one who ripped the PS1 tiles. I will do a quick search and if I can't find it, then I will just stick with the PS1 tiles.OldClassicGamer wrote:If Droolie didn't, then nobody did. I am not sure if he did or not however.
Re: Rayman: Razorbeard's Vengeance

Re: Rayman: Razorbeard's Vengeance
Ok, after searching for any kind of Saturn tiles from Rayman 1, I couldn't find any. So just like I said in the previous post, I will stick with the PS1 tiles.

Re: Rayman: Razorbeard's Vengeance
After finishing Deep Dangerous Cave, I will finally start on putting 4 levels together for the 2nd demo. This will be the final demo of the game since I didn't want to spoil too much.
