I still think the 'coolest' way of saying Happy Birthday is 'h-bizzle'.

Happy birthday Beebop, Rayman fan for ever, Anassy and Manfred! I doubt any of you will see this considering most of you are inactive, but the sentiment's there so whatever.
 
I think it is a good idea to celebrate non-active members Birthdays just on the off-chance they might actually come back and see it :P
 
Yeah, although you'd only want to do it with past members who were pretty active. If you celebrated all of the couple of posts accounts then that would be pretty pointless :P - Although I did know a forum that did that!
