For an added dash of irony to season the hilarity, that special was written by Steven Moffat himself. The Head Writer Steven Moffat, behind the Weeping Angels and Silence.
 
xD Steven Moffat wrote that? That's absolutely hilarious. No wonder it was so well-done, I thought they'd done some proper research, but this is even better. :P
 
And some further topping, the 10th Doctor in there, the one coming after Rowan Atkinson, is portrayed by...Richard Grant, who played Doctor Simeon and later, The Great Intelligence.
