If you ever come into contact with unflavored quark cheese, consider mixing it with chopped onion, tarragon, pepper and salt. If the cheese was "dry" so to say, add a spoon of cream. Some chopped chives may be also deployed. Serve with bread and butter or alone.

Did you know? Quark or cottage cheese mixed with mozzarella and/or grated gouda is great replacement for bechamel layer in lasagne.
