STOP PUNCHING ME IN MY MAN VAGINA, SHROOB! YOU BIG MEANIE!
Okay I'll make a bit of a longer post about this 'cause I want to tell you what I think, honestly.

It's very strange for me to shoot up all this defensive over anything, really. Normally I just go 'too bad you don't like it as much as I do, but that's your opinion'. But there's something in the way you describe your dislike that makes me sad. It's like the magic from some of the tracks went straight by you. That makes me sad and when you continue to say it's lame, that makes me angry. Again, don't know why.

I make one last effort: listen to the full score of the track of The Sanctuary of Rock and Lava. That, in my opinion, is one of the most beautifully scored tracks in the game. If still, you don't think that is at least decent, but still 'lame', I will give up pursuing this.

I don't mean to 'convert' you or 'persuade' you to magically like Rayman 2's music, but I get the feeling you haven't given it a proper chance and that makes me unhappy.

Anyway, happy record day posting.

I've actually been back-tracking through Rayman Revolution! Which is something I've never done before. I've gone back and used the rain dance on a few things. Pretty damn cool. No idea if I'll actually manage to get 1k lums.

Revolution seems good in some ways, but other ways are poorly thought-out.
This is why the game needs a proper remake!

How many remakes does this game need to make people stop asking for one?

That's the keyword.

What would be a really good thing is to rethink and remake the game in a proper way. What that means is to bring back the good old stuff we all liked in the original games, but improve on the not-so-good aspects. Plus redesigning it in a way that doesn't change too much on the gameplay to make it seem a completele different game, but still enough to make it a worthy remake.

This is what Ubisoft doesn't have in mind when making a port/remake of a game ( with the exception of Rayman Revolution ).

Some sort of Rayman Trilogy should have happened instead of the million Rayman 2 ports and the awful Rayman 3 HD. :tssk:

Precisely what I meant. :) Also, what's this "how many remakes" BS? There's only been Revolution. :?
