I'm not sure. I think animated ranks are too distracting for use, yet I recall that dancing Hoodoo one being classified as usable before…
 
The spinny Hoodoo is in no way subtle, which is probably why it isn't in this archive (or at least OCG didn't find it here…).
 
Oh yeah, I was going to do that, right? I need the rank template we use nowadays and I'll do it right away.

Neither, but it still looks hilarious! If I ever end up qualifying for a special rank that might be the one I choose because it's so perfect xD
 
Those corners definitely need a bit of touching-up. Also, the way that was written looked more like the "most sexist" Betilla rank. :P
