These look uncomfortable as fuck.
Why, though? I've read some reviews of them, and most of them say they're, like, one of the most comfortable and best-sounding headsets out there. :P They also say they use a similar design to Sennheiser's aviation headsets, and I can say from personal experience that the one my dad has is immensely comfortable, albeit a bit heavy. I was actually looking at these because they looked more comfortable than the PC 350s. :P

I own a pair of these - they're nice, very comfortable and the mic has great quality. Unfortunately, while the headphones are good for gaming, they are the absolute furthest thing from actually being remotely balanced. They are designed solely for gaming, music sounds like shit through them.
I was afraid of this; I read reviews saying that these and the G4me Zero sound great with music, though I also read reviews saying that the B&W P3s were the best thing ever. This is how they sound with no EQing whatsoever?

But, ye, if this is true, fuck headsets.

Ah, yes, I'm well aware that open-backed headphones provide better sound quality, but I was hoping for something a a bit portable that I could use on flights and the like, hence why I was hoping for something closed-back. It isn't really essential, as I have fairly good noise-isolating in-ear headphones, but a feature I was hoping for nonetheless. Undoubtedly, aside from that and the lack of a microphone, these headphones look fucking great.

I have some VicFirths that are meant for drumming and playing along to music while doing so, but they sound too awesome to not use for other things like singing without getting noise into the microphone etc..

Robin Williams found dead, apparent suicide relating to depression

There goes a wonderful actor and comedian, I'm quite shocked personally as he was always one of my favourites, and I was hoping to see him in many films to come. Farewell.

I was never the biggest fan but this man was a good person, and an amazing actor.

RIP.

I always found him to be the kind of person who was all-loving, always trying to make others love life and feel like a kid at heart, an inspiring human being, which makes it all the more unfortunate he had to go like this.

Also, I updated the link in my post with a better one.

Oh dear, he was one of my favourite actors. He was really funny, but he was an amazing motivator and often found a way to tug your heartstrings in his various roles. He was in a lot of my favourite movies that I watched as a child, so it's pretty sad to hear this. :\

Holy...Robin Williams dead?

That's very sad: he was a great actor, especially in movies for the youth, but some others like 'Good Will Hunting' were also impressive.

I met him with 'Flubber' when I was a kid. It's still my favourite movie with him. We'll miss you, Robin

Reminds me of the death of Paul Walker 8 months ago. So many actors leaving us prematurely...

I haven't seen much things with Robin Williams, but I've always respected the man, and from the few movies I did see him in, I really enjoyed him. To hear that cause of his death was suicide is even sadder. Rest in Piece.

For me, it's not even just "a talented actor passed away", he was one of the few actors I cared to know anything about outside of his career. Talking about him has always had that feeling of talking about someone who was close to home, despite being at the other side of the world. He just seemed like a very genuine, jolly, and wise person, and I felt like people knew him for that and not just as another celebrity looking for a paycheck and publicity. He seemed very approachable and just down to earth, all around.

Condolences go to his family and friends. And I do hope there is some sort of broadcast for the funeral, as much as I hate saying that.

Also, this quote couldn't be any sadder than right now:

No... Robin Williams was among my favourite actors. Hope he went without too much pain. Rest well, Robbie, you're finally free, you beautiful genie.

Clara told me about it and I am in real shock. He was such a great and fun actor with versatility, it is such a sad news. :(

Same thing for me, I still own the movie in VHS. I should rewatch it tomorrow.

The last movie I saw with him was when he roleplayed as Roosevelt in Night at the Museum 2.

I've learnt about it first in Tumblr. Thinking it was again a bad joke, knowing how the members can be, I decided to check the news by myself.

...I'm still shocked. He was such a great actor...
I remember to have watched Flubber as a kid. Good memories.

Rest in Peace.
